Hello, this is NasdaqAlpha.
Looking back, as I started this periodic long-term investment, I sometimes wonder if I was being too greedy. When the market gave us a nearly 10% profit zone in less than a month, maybe I should have liquidated then. ㅎㅎㅎ
Well, what’s done is done. Markets never move strictly the way we expect, so I’m thinking about the most rational response under the current circumstances.
Taking partial profits around today’s levels could be a decent option. However, it wouldn’t hurt to wait and make sure tomorrow brings meaningful rebound momentum before making a final decision. Even if the market pulls back further down the road before rebounding, I believe today’s price level is still a reasonable spot to trim down some positions.
💡 Today’s Thoughts:
- Rather than getting swayed by short-term fluctuations, I am reminding myself of my core trading principle: “There is no single home run in life. Go slow and steady!”
- The longer your investment horizon is, the more important it is to keep a cool head, look at the market objectively, and maintain the flexibility to adapt.
I will keep a calm eye on the market flow and plan my next steps accordingly. Wishing all our subscribers successful investments!
